Tanzanite Dress Ring

A highly unique 22 karat Yellow Gold ring, set with an Oval Cushion Cut 5 carat Tanzanite stone.  The shank is engraved and small diamonds are set into the metal.

Tanzanite is mined exclusively in Tanzania, Africa. The rough stone comes out of the earth a diesel colour, the stone is then heat treated resulting in the gemstone taking on a predominate colour.
